Cinnamon Dusted Coconut Cream Banana Slices
Bananas, coconut, and cinnamon play together beautifully. This is a favorite snack and dessert in our house.
Directions
- Slice bananas into 1/2" thick pieces.
- Warm the coconut butter until runny.
- Put a piece of parchment paper on a large plate or firm surface.
- Dip the banana slices in the coconut butter, and place on the parchment paper-covered plate. Try not to let the banana slices touch.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over all of the banana slices, and put the plate in the freezer.
- After a minimum of 2 hours, melt the coconut oil, and drizzle over all of the banana slices. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
