Argentine Chimichurri Sauce
Chimi-what? This classic condiment from Argentina goes perfectly on a nice grass-fed ribeye steak (see the picture). Tangy, garlicky, and well-balanced, you'll go back for seconds.

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor, and process until finely chopped.
- With the food processor on, drizzle in the olive oil slowly. Turn off the food processor.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hour prior to serving.
